The third annual Cine-layan Film Festival, a collection of independently made Filipino films, focuses on environmental and social justice in the Philippines. The two day festival features two full-length films to be presented for the first time in the Pacific Northwest, on June 5 and 6 at the Fifth Avenue Cinema, 510 SW Hall St, Portland.
